Don’t get us wrong, having a cleavage would be swell - and we’d be lying if we said we hadn’t resorted to using bronzer to shape some form of boobage as teens. Yet, there are many perks to having a small bust - and buying cute bras is one of them. This endeavour isn’t as straightforward as it seems.

Certain silhouettes such as push up and balconette tend to gape. In fact, ill-fitting cups are a recurring issue when browsing collections housed at M&S et al. And, more often than not, there’s not much selection apart from training bras.

Considering it’s been a while since puberty struck, we’re looking for something a touch more refined. Cue the brands paving the way for the small busted community. Labels such as Cou Cou Intimates, Fruity Booty and Stripe & Stare champion well-crafted pieces for flat-chested shoppers.
