The Tony Awards are always a star-studded event. This year’s red carpet saw Broadway’s finest – including Alicia Keys, Ariana DeBose, and Eddie Redmayne – strike a pose before heading inside for the main ceremony, which honoured the best plays and musicals of the past year. Another A-lister who was on the hand for the splashy affair? Actor , who served as a presenter.

To mark the occasion, Jolie brought her 15-year-old daughter Vivienne for the special night – and not only that, but the pair matched their outfits. For her part, Jolie embraced draped glamour on the step and repeat, wearing a regal, seafoam-green velvet gown by Atelier Versace.
Its theatrical corseted waist and full skirt – complete with a matching shawl – were reminiscent of those classic velvet drapes you see at curtain call (albeit in a chic way). Vivienne, meanwhile, coordinated with her mother in a green vest, matching trousers and a bow tie, punctuated with a classic white button-up shirt and sneakers. Together, they delivered a united that completely stole the show on the red carpet.
After all, why rock one striking look when you can deliver two? Style clearly runs in the family..
