In June, during the World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards at Wynn Las Vegas, three celebrated Wynn Macao chefs—Tam Kwok Fung, André Chiang, and Zhang Zhi Cheng—hosted a memorable wine dinner, marrying Chinese cuisine with top Chinese wines.
