Windstar Cruises extends Canada Day greetings to its Canadian travel advisors, announcing a new localized booking system designed to enhance the booking experience and value for Canadian customers. Canadians now have the opportunity to enjoy discounts of up to 30% on selected cruises to destinations like Iceland, the Mediterranean, and French Polynesia.
Starting today, Windstar has introduced a Canadian-centric online booking platform that allows travel advisors to conduct searches and transactions in Canadian dollars. The system automatically sets Canadian dollars as the default currency from the start of the booking process for all Canadian travel agencies, including all pre-cruise purchases tied to these bookings. While the default is now in Canadian dollars, pricing in US dollars is still available upon request.
In conjunction with the launch of this new feature, Windstar is promoting a special offer for Canadian residents, enabling them to save significantly on select voyages. This discount is applicable exclusively to new bookings by travelers who have a Canadian residential address. This limited-time offer, featuring sought-after destinations like Greece, the Mediterranean, Iceland, and French Polynesia, will be available through July 31, 2024.
