A renowned wildlife photographer who was fined for slowing traffic to photograph a grizzly bear has claimed that fighting the ticket has cost him $20,000. On October 9, 2023, Tom Mangelson saw an injured lying on the side of Highway 26 in Grand Teton National Park.
