DUBLIN Airport has said they are "taking notes" after an RTE star revealed a major wishlist for the newly proposed plane spotting area. The 2fm Breakfast Show presenter Carl Mullan has revealed what he would like to see in the airport's game-changing new area. Dublin Airport has recently submitted a planning application for a new plane spotting facility to be added later this year.

The newly proposed area has already been met with excitement from fans, with the RTE star taking to Instagram to share his ideas. The RTE star said: "Dublin Airport, I don't know if you have gone into the particulars of this planning application, but this is just my wish lists of things that I think would make this an incredible facility." Carl revealed that his first demand is to have flight radar, scheduled departures and arrivals on a big screen for people to see in the plane-spotting area.



He then said that there should be a shop that sells only plane themed snacks and coffee. His next demand is for Duty Free shopping for all those plane spotting in the new area. He said: "If the people on the plane get Duty Free shopping, why shouldn't we?" The RTE star also requested to be able to shoot the gun that is used to scare off the birds in Dublin Airport and for all of the money to go to charity.

He said: "Now I'm not sure on the legality of the next one, but could we look into paying a fee to be able to shoot the gun that scares off the birds and all the money goes to charity." Carl then requested .
