Saturday, June 29, 2024 Vietnam’s Michelin Guide 2024 unveils 3 new one-star restaurants, a debut Green Star, and a doubled Bib Gourmand list. At the 2024 MICHELIN Guide Ceremony hosted in Ho Chi Minh City’s InterContinental Saigon, Michelin proudly launched the MICHELIN Guide Vietnam 2024. This edition features the highly anticipated complete restaurant listings, including the prestigious Star ratings, MICHELIN Selected, and the well-loved Bib Gourmand.
The latest edition of the MICHELIN Guide features 164 restaurants, including 7 with one MICHELIN Star (including 2 new and 1 upgraded from MICHELIN Selected), 58 Bib Gourmand awards (28 newcomers and 1 transition from MICHELIN Selected), and 99 MICHELIN Selected restaurants (40 newly listed). This edition also highlights new additions from three cities: 10 from Hanoi, 26 from Ho Chi Minh City, and 36 from Da Nang. Gwendal Poullennec, the International Director of the MICHELIN Guides, highlighted that Da Nang, newly included in Vietnam’s second MICHELIN Guide, offers a vibrant selection that showcases central Vietnamese cuisine.
