Monday, July 1, 2024 The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has announced today the expansion of its TSA PreCheck® program, with Aer Lingus, Air New Zealand, Ethiopian Airlines, and Saudia joining. The program now includes nearly 100 airlines. TSA PreCheck is a streamlined screening program that allows eligible travelers to experience efficient and secure screening at over 200 airports across the U.

S. and one foreign Preclearance airport at Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau, Bahamas. Participants in TSA PreCheck can keep their shoes, belts, and light jackets on, and they are not required to remove laptops, liquids in 3-1-1 bags, or food items from their carry-on luggage.



Nearly 99% of TSA PreCheck passengers enjoy wait times of less than 10 minutes in dedicated lanes at airport checkpoints nationwide. TSA PreCheck is accessible to eligible passengers departing from participating airports or connecting on domestic flights after returning to the U.S.
