With nearly 23 years at the airline, Lawlor will oversee crew engagement and cultural initiatives, reporting to CEO Joanna Geraghty. JetBlue today revealed the promotion of Tracy Lawlor to the role of Chief People Officer, with the appointment taking effect immediately.

(Photo: Business Wire) In her new capacity, Lawlor will report directly to JetBlue’s CEO, Joanna Geraghty. She will oversee the engagement of JetBlue’s crew members and nurture the company’s distinctive culture.
Her responsibilities will include managing departments such as compensation and benefits, diversity, equity, and inclusion, crew relations, culture, values and labor relations, as well as recruiting and talent management. “Tracy is an experienced leader known for her ability to turn strategic visions into reality while fostering strong collaboration across the airline,” said Geraghty . “Her deep understanding of our business as well as her passion for our mission and values make her the ideal leader to help guide our people and culture as we execute our strategy and set up JetBlue for long-term success.
