on Friday, July 12. Directors will be elected for three-year terms at TICO’s AGM on Sept. 24.

Members of the public are invited to watch the event. More details and instructions will be provided in the official notice of meeting, which will be released at least 30 days prior to the AGM. Members who will not be attending the meeting can submit written requests for proxies.
Copies of the audited financial statements as at and for the fiscal period ended March 31, 2024 will be posted on TICO’s website in advance of the meeting or may be requested in writing prior to the meeting. TICO is also sharing this reminder: written notice must be received by the Secretary on or before Aug. 9 of any motions to be made at the AGM.
