Monday, June 17, 2024 The Venetian Resort Las Vegas will introduce the acclaimed Venice Beach produce-forward restaurant, Gjelina, to its renowned food and beverage lineup later this year. This exciting addition strengthens The Venetian Resort’s reputation as the premier culinary destination in Las Vegas. Gjelina will join over thirty esteemed restaurants at the resort, featuring chef-driven concepts from industry icons like Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck, Tetsuya Wakuda, Lorena Garcia, Emeril Lagasse, and Eyal Shani.
