Wednesday, July 3, 2024 Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre has appointed a new Director of Building Services to its executive team. Troy Williams, an experienced professional in handling large venues and infrastructure, has come aboard after his previous stint as Asset and Compliance Manager at Dunedin Venues Management. In his previous role, Mr.
Williams managed asset coordination, sustainability initiatives, and safety protocols at notable venues like Forsyth Barr Stadium and Dunedin Town Hall in Dunedin. These venues have been the site of major events such as All Black rugby tests, FIFA World Cup matches, large international music concerts, and various conventions and meetings. Troy brings a wealth of experience from his past roles in overseeing significant infrastructure and large buildings within major manufacturing companies.
