Thursday, June 6, 2024 Taman Safari Indonesia targets 1.5M Chinese tourists as part of its strategy to attract 14.3M global visitors by 2024.

Taman Safari Indonesia, a premier theme park and wildlife conservation area with six venues and two resorts throughout Indonesia, has successfully completed a promotional tour in China. This joint initiative with Indonesia’s Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy was designed to showcase the country’s rich and varied travel destinations. The campaign included events in Shanghai on June 3, 2024, and in Beijing on June 6, 2024.



“The enthusiasm shown by attendees at the recent roadshow events underscores their growing interest in Taman Safari Indonesia and other tourist destinations in Indonesia. Initial reports confirm that attendees showed high interest and had positive experiences, signaling an increasing preference for Indonesian destinations. This enthusiastic response further solidifies Taman Safari Indonesia’s popularity among those seeking memorable experiences in Indonesia,” said Alexander Zulkarnain, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Taman Safari Indonesia Group .

Alexander highlighted that Taman Safari Indonesia stands as a top destination for international visitors in Indonesia, in close partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and other key tourism players in the region. The goal is to bring Taman Safari Indonesia into the spotlight while also highlighting the rich variety of Indonesia’s tour.
