This new facility guarantees the preservation of pharmaceuticals and temperature-sensitive goods (2-8°C) during loading, streamlining operations by consolidating shipments from a single supplier into one truck. This advancement slashes CO2 emissions and handling times by approximately 70%, reducing them from 4.
5 to 1.5 hours, as external transportation is now unnecessary. It underscores Swissport’s leadership in managing temperature-sensitive cargo at EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse.
