RVshare underscores that prioritizing outdoor travel can greatly enhance both physical and mental health. A recent poll of 2,000 U.S.



adults conducted by RVshare revealed that more than half of Americans (57%) are yearning for more time outdoors. The survey found that people need an average of 67 minutes outside daily to feel refreshed. Key findings include: Conversely, spending excessive time indoors can lead to negative emotions: Fifty-eight percent of respondents admitted they become stir-crazy after spending too much time indoors, with the average threshold being 10.
