Known for its fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cultures and cuisines, along with a passion for music, art, and design, this highly anticipated restaurant is the latest addition to Sunset Hospitality’s expanding portfolio.

The Cuisine SUSHISAMBA Singapore’s menu showcases culinary innovation by blending Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavors. Led by acclaimed Chef Kyung Soo Moon, the dining program emphasizes quality with ingredients sourced globally, including fresh tuna from Japan. Signature dishes include Peruvian ceviche and the SAMBA Singapore roll.



The menu will also feature locally sourced organic vegetables and produce, with adaptations to suit Singaporean tastes.
