Wednesday, June 5, 2024 Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. announced today that Mark Suchinski is stepping down as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Irene Esteves, former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Time Warner Cable and a current member of Spirit’s Board of Directors, has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Suchinski will stay with Spirit for a transition period to assist Esteves in her new role as CFO.
