Tuesday, July 9, 2024 Chef Dalvir Singh joins Social Hub by Dhaba as Executive Chef, bringing 17 years of global culinary experience to enhance the New Jersey dining scene. Social Hub by Dhaba is excited to welcome Chef Dalvir Singh as its new Executive Chef. Boasting 17 years of distinguished experience in both continental and Indian cuisines, Chef Singh is set to transform the gastronomic offerings at this premier New Jersey dining venue.

Chef Singh’s impressive culinary career has spanned various continents and renowned establishments. Starting as a trainee at The Imperial in New Delhi, he gained foundational expertise in upscale dining and kitchen management. He has also held key positions at the Taj Palace Hotel and Radisson Blu Hotel in New Delhi.



Between 2009 and 2017, Chef Singh refined his culinary skills worldwide. He upheld exemplary food standards on prestigious cruise lines such as Carnival Cruise Line and Oceania Cruises, aligning with HACCP protocols. His experiences at the Airways Hotel in Port Moresby and The Imperial Hotel in New Delhi further enhanced his innovative cooking style.

At Rich Products & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in India, he led a team of 30 chefs, developed strategic kitchen plans, and designed inventive menus.

His leadership was instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency and HACCP compliance, establishing him as a leading culinary figure. Before his current role at Social Hub by Dhaba, Chef Singh excelled as the Executive Sous Chef at Tau.
