The Shangri-La Eros New Delhi is set to host a special event featuring Goan dishes at its renowned Tamra restaurant from June 20 to June 22, 2024. This event, curated by Chef Piyush Menon in partnership with Chef Pin, will highlight Menon’s dedication to genuine Goan recipes influenced by South Indian traditions.

Renowned for blending exotic spices with fresh ingredients and traditional methods, Chef Menon has designed a menu that elevates Goan cuisine with a modern twist and exquisite plating. The culinary adventure kicks off with a selection of starters such as the tender Prawn Rissois, flavorful Konkan Fry Fish, and unique Jackfruit Cafreal. As the journey continues, diners can savor main courses like the soothing Chicken Gassi, smooth Fish Goan Curry, and robust Pork Vindaloo.



The vegetarian options include the fragrant Caldinho Curry and savory Mushroom Xacuti. For dessert, guests are treated to the traditional Bebinca or a creamy tender coconut pudding.
