Thursday, July 11, 2024 VanTrust Real Estate, LLC is commencing construction on a build-to-suit facility for Sephora, a leading prestige beauty omni-retailer in the U.S. This 746,672 square-foot structure will be situated on 61 acres at Avon Landings Commerce Park in Avon, IN, and will serve as Sephora’s Midwest distribution center.
The project is slated for completion in summer 2025. This marks VanTrust’s second collaboration with Sephora, following the successful completion of a facility in Las Vegas. “This is a significant project for VanTrust, and we appreciate the relationship we have built with the Sephora team,” said Phil Rasey, vice president of development at VanTrust.
