Thursday, June 6, 2024 Experience spring at Four Seasons Madrid’s Dani Brasserie with a new menu featuring fresh seasonal dishes and innovative cocktails. As the seasons change, the seventh floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid blooms with new culinary delights, heralding the arrival of spring with an innovative summer menu. Nestled at the nexus of opulence and culinary art, the Dani García brasserie on this terrace offers unmatched vistas of Madrid and a refreshed menu that celebrates the freshest seasonal ingredients paired with pioneering mixology offerings.

At Dani Brasserie, the spring season kicks off with an array of vibrant starters available for enjoyment in both the main dining area and the more casual Snack Bar in the lounge, which welcomes guests without reservations throughout the day. Highlights from the new offerings include the Beef Tartare, elegantly served with a béarnaise sauce and nestled in a crispy potato nest, and the Asparagus Duo, dressed in a citrus vinaigrette and topped with toasted almonds. These new dishes complement longstanding favorites like the Tomate Nitro, a signature creation that helped secure Dani García’s third Michelin star in 2018.

The menu progresses with a selection of seafood that emphasizes the freshness of the catch, featuring standout dishes like the Grilled “Carabinero” shrimp with a rich tomato beurre blanc, the classic Sole Meunière, and the Grilled Red Mullet accompanied by “Roteña” sauce and mussels. .
