Wednesday, July 10, 2024 Wego, the largest online travel marketplace in the Middle East, has partnered with the Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) to launch a new campaign aimed at promoting Jordan as a premier destination for summer activities. This collaboration continues their successful partnership, focusing on attracting travelers from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region to explore Jordan’s rich cultural heritage, diverse landscapes, and unique experiences. The partnership between Wego and the Jordan Tourism Board , initially launched in 2019, has been renewed with a new round of joint digital marketing activities.

The campaign, which will run until August 2021, includes a series of online direct promotional activities and organic promotions. These efforts aim to boost Jordan’s tourist arrivals from the Gulf Cooperation Council region through content marketing, social media campaigns, and attractive travel deals available on the Wego app and website. The campaign’s central theme, “Breathe,” is designed to inspire and encourage travelers to visit Jordan during the summer.



It emphasizes the country’s commitment to health and safety measures against COVID-19, making it a safe and appealing destination for tourists. The campaign highlights Jordan’s suitability for family tourism, which is particularly attractive to Gulf tourists and expats living in the Gulf Cooperation Council.
