Wednesday, May 29, 2024 Radisson Hotel Group marks 5 years with Typsy, enhancing hospitality training with a suite of comprehensive online courses. Over the last half-decade, Radisson Hotel Group has heavily invested in its global network of Moment Makers, spanning over 95 countries, as part of its strategic overhaul. The Radisson Academy was established with the aim to foster a dynamic educational atmosphere that ensures all employees, regardless of their level, are well-engaged and equipped with the necessary expertise to thrive in their roles and respond to changing market needs.

The Academy provides continuous, impactful learning experiences and bespoke training programs on a variety of business and personal development subjects, available through multiple platforms including Radisson Academy Online, Live, On the Job, Virtual, and Certifications. In 2023, Radisson Academy facilitated over 1.5 million hours of training through more than 2,500 online, live, and virtual sessions focusing on a range of skills from service and business acumen to leadership, hospitality basics, and specialized knowledge.



Over the past five years, the completion rate of training sessions has increased twenty-sevenfold, with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 for each session conducted. This has led to over 571,000 training completions, with an average of 14.
