Wednesday, July 10, 2024 Four Seasons Hotel Houston launches a Celebrity Chef Pop-Up Series by James Beard winner Chris Shepherd, featuring top chefs and supporting the Southern Smoke Foundation. Four Seasons Hotel Houston is launching a Celebrity Chef Pop-Up Series, a quarterly dining event curated by James Beard Award-winning Chef Chris Shepherd. This exclusive series will showcase a selection of renowned chefs personally chosen by Shepherd, with all proceeds supporting his Southern Smoke Foundation.

“I’m thrilled to partner with Four Seasons in creating this ongoing pop-up series, featuring some of my friends and favourite chefs from around the country,” says Chris Shepherd . “Bringing these exciting culinary experiences to H-Town is a great way to have some fun, and share great connections over amazing food and wine.” The hotel debuted its inaugural culinary pop-up in April, featuring the renowned Emeril’s restaurant from New Orleans, which hosted an exclusive sold-out engagement led by Chef Patron E.



J. Lagasse. For the summer edition, Chef Chris Shepherd himself will take center stage.

Inspired by his beloved childhood haunt, Omaha’s Mr. C’s Steakhouse, Shepherd will present a modern, elevated twist on the classic Italian dining experience with “Sunday Supper” on August 4, 2024. The event will offer two seatings, at 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, in a nostalgic setting adorned with holiday lights, checkered tablecloths, and live music reminiscent of the Rat Pac.
