Monday, June 3, 2024 On June 2, 2024, Qatar Airways launched its first non-stop flight to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, landing at Tashkent International Airport (TAS). This inaugural journey marks an important step in Qatar Airways’ network growth strategy, featuring four weekly flights to Tashkent. These flights will utilize the airline’s advanced fleet and provide passengers with efficient connections through Hamad International Airport (DOH), which has been named the ‘World’s Best Airport’ by Skytrax.

Tashkent, a historic city on the famous Silk Road, is celebrated for its stunning natural landscapes and unique architectural wonders. The integration of Tashkent into Qatar Airways’ vast network, which spans over 170 destinations, offers a new gateway for countless travelers eager to discover Uzbekistan’s rich historical tapestry and dynamic culture.
