Wednesday, June 5, 2024 Philadelphia’s grand Pride celebration, hosted by Galaei, infuses Center City with joy and unity during the Philadelphia Pride March and Festival. This exhilarating, day-long event showcases an array of entertainment and community support. The festivities kick off with the Pride March from 6th and Walnut streets, highlighted by music, inspiring speeches, a morning ritual, and the unveiling of a monumental 400-foot Pride flag—the longest ever in the city’s history.

The march concludes with a lively festival in the heart of Philly’s Midtown Village, fondly known as the Gayborhood. Attendees can enjoy a variety of food trucks, local artists, vendors, and live shows. This year’s event, themed “Be You,” is scheduled for Sunday, June 2, 2024.



It starts with the Pride March at 10:30 a.m., followed by the festival from noon until 7 p.

m.
