Tuesday, June 25, 2024 The Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA) has declared ‘Summer at the Square’ coming back to downtown Delray Beach’s Old School Square. Summer at the Square, which surfaced in 2023, is a summer-long sequence of thrilling events comprising performances, fiestas and art displays among others – all taking place at Old School Square in downtown Delray Beach all through the summer. Summer at the Square will carry on through September.

Laura Simon, the Executive Director of the Delray Beach DDA said that ‘Summer at the Square’ proved to be a great success last year and they are excited to invite their City of Delray Beach inhabitants and tourists to come together once more for gigs, art carnivals and more. She said that they have an exhilarating program of events and doings scheduled that endure to make their Old School Square grounds the place to be present in South Palm Beach County. Some of the summer special events comprise: Delray Walls Mural Fest Party in Paradise Free Sunset Performance Presenting Journey Tribute Band Free Sunset Gig Highlighting The Resolvers: Reggae Band Summer at the Square comprises both free and ticketed happenings.
