Wednesday, June 26, 2024 Warren County , Ohio’s tourism economy has soared to new heights, per a recent report. The study by Tourism Economics and TourismOhio reveals that Warren County’s tourism industry generated a record $1.7 billion in economic impact in 2023, marking a 17% increase from 2021, the last time the study was conducted.
The report also highlighted that Warren County turism supported 13,567 jobs in 2023, representing about 9.2% of the county’s private workforce, making it the second-most tourism-dependent county in Southwest Ohio. These tourism-driven jobs contributed $403.
3 million in wages and generated $217.1 million in tax revenue for federal, state, and local governments. In total, a record 13.
4 million people visited Warren County’s events and attractions in 2023.
