Monday, June 24, 2024 NYN ESTI, an artistic concept restaurant in Athens, is celebrating the Summer solstice by unveiling a new seasonal menu featuring unique flavor pairings inspired by the changing seasons. Located within the National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST), the restaurant offers an artistic journey through Greek culinary heritage under the guidance of visionary Head Chef Stamatios Misomikes. He merges gastronomy with visual arts and technology, ensuring every bite tells a story.

As part of the esteemed Nice n Easy Group, known for pioneering healthy-gourmet gastronomy in Greece since 2008, NYN ESTI continues the Group’s farm-to-table philosophy. Situated where good food meets a chic ambiance and a healthy lifestyle, NYN ESTI features seasonal menus with fresh organic ingredients from local Greek producers, offering responsibly-sourced and ethically-farmed traditional recipes that balance the familiar and the modern. Introducing the “Biotope” Spring/Summer Menu The Summer menu pays tribute to Greece’s diverse topography, showcasing the country’s biodiversity, flora, and fauna with vegetarian, terrestrial, and marine protein journeys.



Each menu is curated to deliver more than just a meal; it is a passage through time, crafted to awaken the senses to the changing seasons with every course. Available as a tasting menu or a selection of individual dishes, the “Biotope” menu is refreshed twice a year to reflect the transition from Spring/Summer to Autumn.
