Amid the serene surroundings of the Chao Phraya River, the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River presents a new brunch experience at Palmier, curated by the esteemed Chef Guillaume Galliot, celebrated for his work at the three Michelin-starred Caprice at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. Debuting on May 19, 2024, this brunch combines exceptional cuisine with a relaxed, casual atmosphere.

Upon entering Palmier, guests are greeted with a blend of laid-back elegance and the inviting charm of a French brasserie. The brunch kicks off with a variety of shareable starters, creating a communal dining vibe. Guests can indulge in Hokkaido scallop carpaccio with crustacean jelly and fennel, a French cold cut board with pickles and condiments, a lobster and avocado roll, Parisian-style beef tartare, and a sumptuous seafood platter.



As the meal progresses, diners are treated to a slow-cooked egg with Comté cheese emulsion, showcasing Chef Guillaume’s talent for elevating simple ingredients to gourmet levels. Main course options include comforting chicken fricassee with carrot and celeriac, and the timeless steak frites with Béarnaise sauce and crispy French fries. Additionally, guests can enhance their brunch with signature dishes from Chef Guillaume, such as hot and cold onion soup or Bost.
