For the second year in a row travel experts from Omio , the leading booking platform for trains, buses, flights and ferries, have released a ranking of the best budget beaches in Europe.
The list reveals beach destinations that offer the most affordable places to escape the scorching heat of the cities this summer. Among 75 evaluated beaches, eight were beaches in the UK . The study analysed data such as Google ratings, average summer temperatures, as well as this year's retail prices and rental fees for major beach essentials such as: Shaded sun lounger per day Serving of ice cream Bottle of water Pint of beer Glass of spritz Here are the top cheapest beaches to spend a day, according to Omio.
