This collaboration aims to leverage Huawei’s advanced analytics and marketing capabilities to gain valuable insights into traveler preferences and market trends, ultimately enhancing the airline’s customer-centric approach.

Through Huawei’s Petal Ads marketing platform under the Huawei Consumer Cloud Services umbrella, Malaysia Airlines will access a suite of services including advertising, marketing, and traffic monetization. This partnership will not only enable Malaysia Airlines to expand its reach in China but also streamline its marketing efforts and improve customer engagement. The Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), a subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines, plans to utilize Huawei’s Consumer Cloud Services Advertising Platform to bolster its brand presence and service offerings in the Chinese market.
