Wednesday, June 12, 2024 The Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) is set to launch the three-day “Experience Macao” roadshow in Bangkok, Thailand this Friday, 14 June. Ahead of this, the “Macao Tourism + MICE Product Updates Seminar & Travel Mart Bangkok 2024” will take place on Thursday, 13 June. These events aim to provide local residents and tourism operators a closer look at Macao as a prime destination while fostering partnerships between Macao and Thai tourism businesses, thereby expanding Macao’s international market presence.

Building on the success of last year’s roadshow in Bangkok, the MGTO returns to the vibrant city with its “Experience Macao” roadshow at Central World from 14 to 16 June. This initiative marks another major promotion in the Asian market post-pandemic, bringing a burst of colors and excitement to one of Bangkok’s iconic shopping complexes. This year’s roadshow is themed “Experience Macao, Ma Ma Macao,” incorporating the affectionate Thai phrase “Ma Ma” which translates to a warm invitation.



The event will feature booths showcasing Macao’s rich culture, delectable cuisine, festivals, and a variety of “tourism +” elements, creating a colorful and engaging atmosphere for Thai visitors. Six integrated resort enterprises from Macao and the Economic Development Bureau of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin will present their latest tourism facilities and innovations.
