Tuesday, June 11, 2024 This week, Sam Fulton has been appointed as the new Director of Communications and External Affairs at London Gatwick . In her new role, Sam will lead efforts in communications and stakeholder engagement, focusing on reinforcing and promoting the airport’s image in alignment with its goal of becoming the preferred airport for all travelers. As a member of the executive team at London Gatwick, Sam’s responsibilities will include guiding the airport’s strategic communication plans, enhancing community relations, and managing external affairs.
Additionally, she will manage the Noise and Airspace Strategy team, dedicated to mitigating airport noise and advancing the Government’s initiative to update the airspace around London Gatwick. Previously, Sam held the position of Group Director for Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at Nomad Foods, which includes brands like Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie’s, and Goodfella’s. Her extensive background includes pivotal roles in communications and sustainability at globally recognized corporations such as Apple, Unilever, McDonald’s, and Nestlé.
