IRISH students can now truly experience the magic first-hand at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida as part of an exchange programme. Applications for the Disney Cultural Exchange Programme 2025 are now extended to June 21. The programme allows undergraduate students from Ireland and the UK to spend their summer break from university working at the Walt Disney Resort in Orlando , Florida , whilst experiencing Disney Magic first-hand.

Students will have the opportunity to interact and share their culture with guests from the US and all over the world, learn important business philosophies and make lifelong friends. They will work in roles such as Attractions and Operations, Merchandise, Quick Service/Full Service and Beverage, Lifeguarding and Custodial. A J-1 Summer Work and Travel Visa would be offered as part of the programme.



This is a maximum three-month experience, and candidates must exit the US and return to their home country upon completion of the programme. Students willing to spend their summer break working and living at the Walt Disney Resort must be in a secondary, classroom-based academic institution outside the US. A CV and Cover Letter are also required for the job application.

And it should be noted that participants should be able to attend an in-person presentation in London , Scotland or the Netherlands . Students must be fully available to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays and overtime. And they will be living at the Flami.
