Lifeguards are on duty during the summer months, ensuring the safety of swimmers and the status of the water safety. They also issue no-swim notices if the waters are not safe. On the site, there are two car park spaces, one that fits around 14 cars and another one that fits around 50 cars.
People are urged to arrive as early as possible as it gets busy during the peak season and sunny days. For people who prefer commuting, there is a DART station positioned beside the beach, one of the easiest beaches to access by the DART in the capi.
