This session will feature Tapaswini Purnesh, a fifth-generation coffee grower.
Tapaswini’s Harley estate, renowned for its specialty coffee, regularly earns top honors at the Flavour of India – fine cup award. She will introduce the Yeast Maceration coffee, distinguished by its unique flavor and advanced fermentation technique, anticipated to be a standout for both coffee lovers and aficionados. This sustainably sourced coffee will be available in Maverick & Farmer cafes and online for three months.
Participants will have the chance to delve into coffee brewing, guided by experienced experts and the farmers themselves. Organized by co-founder Sreeram G, these sessions are designed to highlight exceptional local agricultural products. Attendees will engage in a coffee tasting using the Cold Brew and Syphon methods, savoring complex flavors while enjoying light snacks and engaging with Tapaswini.
