Friday, June 14, 2024 IndiGo , acclaimed as India’s top airline, received the ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Champion Award’ from the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Rakesh Prasad, Associate Vice President-HR (IFS) and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, accepted the award on June 12, 2024, in Mumbai.
The DEI Champion Award recognizes organizations dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. These companies implement practices that foster a secure and inclusive workplace environment, promoting psychological safety among their employees.
