A former Virgin Atlantic flight attendant has revealed the worst type of passengers she flew with. Skye Taylor worked for the airline for 17 years but the gruelling shifts left her with insomnia before where no uniform is required (literally). And while she may be thankful about not having constant jet lag - there are certain flyers who she does not miss one bit.

The 48-year-old cabin crew worker turned model spilled the juicy details to the Daily Star and said influencers gave her the most headaches. She told us: “The influencer type where maybe an agent gets them an upgrade can be quite hard to deal with because they can feel quite entitled. We have had incidents where we carry disabled or terminally-ill children on and they go upper class and rightly so because a lot of them can’t travel in a normal seat.

“And that can cause problems as well with people not understanding that the child is poorly and some people can feel put out by that.” Skye said the stars from The Only Way is Essex - including Gemma Collins - were an exception because they were always polite. But she added: “It is the influencers who are famous for just one thing and they say ‘I have 100,000 followers on Instagram and I am someone important’.

They can be very rude and have that attitude like you are supposed to know who they are.” The other flyers who often caused bother for Skye were middle-class mums who expected staff to babysit their children. Syke said many mothers treated her and he.
