As I entered up the spiral staircase I could hear plates clattering, and the murmuring of blokey voices. I rounded the corner and found myself face to face with Dino’s owner Ernesto ‘Ernie’ Fiori, sitting down at a table with a cup of tea, having a yarn with one of the customers as the staff mopped up.
Once I had explained what I had co.
