Friday, June 28, 2024 Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced today the acquisition of the me and all hotels brand from Lindner Hotels AG, aiming to expand into new European markets and capitalize on its regional momentum. This acquisition follows the strategic collaboration established in 2022, which significantly increased Hyatt’s presence in Germany and Europe by integrating Lindner Hotels & Resorts and me and all hotels into the World of Hyatt loyalty program. Post-transaction, me and all hotels will transition from being nested under Hyatt’s JdV by Hyatt brand to becoming a standalone brand within Hyatt’s global lifestyle portfolio.
This portfolio has seen remarkable growth, quintupling in room count from 2017 to the end of 2023. Launched in 2016 as an urban lifestyle sister brand to Lindner Hotels & Resorts, me and all hotels has expanded to six hotels with over 1,000 rooms in central city locations across Germany, now part of Hyatt’s inventory.
