Wednesday, June 19, 2024 Tourism Malaysia is ramping up its initiatives for Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026) by organizing a crucial Business-to-Business (B2B) session with key industry stakeholders. This session, attended by travel agents, hoteliers, and airlines, aims to refine and enhance the strategic roadmap for VM2026. Building on the strategic initiatives introduced during the Tourism Malaysia Strategic Direction Towards VM2026 Networking Session held in late April, this program serves as a critical point to streamline and strengthen strategies for Tourism Malaysia’s overseas offices.
The objective is to ensure the successful execution of high-impact and quick-conversion programs. Held at the World Trade Centre (WTC) Kuala Lumpur, the session brought together over 80 local representatives, including travel agents, tourism product owners, airlines, and hoteliers, with 30 of Tourism Malaysia’s overseas offices and four marketing representatives worldwide.
