Monday, June 10, 2024 The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) celebrated the city’s exceptional culinary achievements as two restaurants, Wing and The Chairman, secured top spots in the prestigious The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 list. Both restaurants ranked among the top thirty in this annual global gastronomic event. Wing, an innovative Cantonese restaurant, made its debut at 20th place, while The Chairman, a repeat honoree, claimed 26th position.

These results are a testament to their remarkable quality and creativity. Mr. Dane Cheng, HKTB Executive Director, said , “This year, Hong Kong ranks alongside Bangkok and Tokyo as one of the Asian cities with the highest number of entries to the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, which is a solid testament to Hong Kong’s status as a city of gastronomy.
