There are major delays on a busy road just outside of Norwich. The delays come amid a closure of the A140 Cromer Road due to a resurfacing project. The traffic is queuing southbound and there are delays of at least 45 minutes.

The road has been closed northbound and a nine-mile diversion route is in place. Southbound traffic is open for the works and access to properties has been maintained.
