Sunday, July 14, 2024 HBX Group, a global leader in the TravelTech sector, proudly presents its latest Sustainability Report, outlining both its current initiatives and the core elements of its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy for the next three years. The focus is on harnessing the positive impact potential of the tourism industry. With a workforce of over 3,700 employees spanning more than 170 countries, HBX Group has devised a comprehensive plan featuring over 75 actions aimed at fulfilling various ESG commitments.

A double materiality analysis was conducted to shape this plan, emphasizing stakeholder consultations to ensure alignment with their expectations. The company has also introduced a new framework for work and result reporting, compliant with multiple current regulations and certifications. Notably, HBX Group has recently become a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact, committing to its 10 principles for sustainable and socially responsible business practices.



In line with this commitment, HBX Group has initiated a three-year plan to align its reporting with the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This directive assesses the impact of the company and its entire value chain, supported by the identification of over 4,000 key performance indicators. These indicators will guide the implementation of concrete changes in environmental protection.
