Thursday, May 23, 2024 HBX Group, a prominent player in the TravelTech B2B ecosystem, revealed today that Chief Financial Officer Andrés García-Tenorio will be transitioning out of his role and departing from the company within the next 12 months as part of a planned succession process. In his place, Brendan Brennan, formerly the CFO of ICON plc, will assume the role of CFO starting October 2024. Over the course of two decades, Andrés García-Tenorio has steered the company through various economic climates with his steadfast leadership and financial acumen.

Under his guidance, the company has achieved a robust financial standing, characterized by substantial cash reserves, an enhanced credit rating, and a period of noteworthy growth and transformation.
