Thursday, June 13, 2024 Starting tomorrow, Hard Rock Café® locations worldwide will celebrate Hard Rock International Founders’ Day by introducing five locally crafted, culturally inspired burgers for the limited-time World Burger Tour competition. This summer, guests can savor these unique creations: Bengaluru Burger : 7 oz steak burger with American cheese, sweet & spicy pickled mayo, black bean corn salsa, roasted jalapeno, guacamole, and shredded lettuce – from Hard Rock Café Bengaluru, India. Bucharest Burger : 7 oz steak burger with garlic horseradish aioli, marinated camembert cheese, tomato, smoked shoestring onions, frisee lettuce, and red wine cranberry jam – from Hard Rock Café Bucharest, Romania.

Gramado Burger : A 7 oz steak burger topped with garlic aioli, a crispy mozzarella cheese fritter, and whiskey bacon jam – crafted by Hard Rock Café Gramado, Brazil. Kathmandu Burger : Two smashed & stacked burger patties with sweet chili mayo, provolone cheese, caramelized onions, avocado, and tomato zucchini slaw – from Hard Rock Café Kathmandu, Nepal. Pittsburgh Burger : Two smashed & stacked burger patties with Legendary sauce, smoked bacon, pickles, beer cheese sauce, whiskey bacon jam, American cheese, and French fries – from Hard Rock Café Pittsburgh, USA.
