Scheduled for the 21st and 22nd of June 2024 at ALBA, this event will offer a unique culinary exploration celebrating local produce, sustainable farming, and contemporary cooking techniques. The event will feature an expertly crafted 9-course menu including unique dishes such as Charred Babycorn with Red Amaranth and Fennel Pulli Sarru, Raw Banana Karrage Kebab with Byadagi Chilli Honey and Kosambari, and Jackfruit Haleem with Saffron Bakarkhani and Smoked Chilli.
These dishes will utilize fresh, seasonal ingredients to pay tribute to traditional culinary practices while infusing modern culinary methods to create an unforgettable experience. The focus of the menu is on a plant-centric approach, incorporating a wide array of vegetables, fruits, grains, pulses, nuts, and dairy products.
