Sunday, June 16, 2024 This summer, an expected influx of Over thousands of England fans is set to travel to Germany for the Euro 2024 championship, beginning with their team’s first match against Serbia on Sunday evening. The final of the Euro Cup 2024 is slated for July 14th in Berlin. England captain Harry Kane has set the bar high for his team, stating they would be let down by anything less than clinching the championship title.

Thousands of fans are expected in Gelsenkirchen, western Germany, to support their team in their first Group C match. England’s manager Gareth Southgate has encouraged fans to make the most of their time in Germany, despite local authorities marking the Serbia match on Sunday as “high-risk” due to recent incidents involving Serbian ultras in the area. Charity fundraiser Russ Cook, also known as Hardest Geezer, is slated to attend after completing a 352-mile run from Wembley Stadium starting on Tuesday.

The endurance athlete previously captured attention with a charity run across Africa, completing an impressive journey of over 10,000 miles in April, which took 352 days. On June 20, a day before his 42nd birthday, the Prince of Wales will join supporters at Frankfurt Arena to watch England’s second game against Denmark, led by Gareth Southgate.
