Friday, June 21, 2024 Royal Caribbean Cruise Line has announced the appointment of Gerard Nolan as the new vice-president for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This strategic move comes as part of Royal Caribbean’s efforts to strengthen its presence and drive growth across these key regions. Nolan, who previously held senior management roles at Celebrity Cruises, a brand within the Royal Caribbean Group, will be taking over from Ben Bouldin.
Bouldin is set to assume his new role as president of Royal Caribbean International China in August. In his new capacity, Nolan will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations for Royal Caribbean International across the EMEA region. His role includes managing the sales, marketing, and commercial teams, and he will report directly to Angie Stephens, the international senior vice-president.
